Yes! We include tables, chairs, glassware and china/flatware service. We also include complimentary house linens at South Second.

You can choose black, white, or ivory as your linen colors, and select from a variety of colors of napkins at no extra charge. Specialty linens and rentals can also be arranged as an upgrade.

We have up to 25 reserved parking spaces included in the rental, along with ample street parking.

Unfortunately, no outside food and drink are allowed.

Yes, you’re welcome to decorate our event space however you’d like. However, we don’t allow confetti or anything that will damage the room, walls or tape on the windows.

Our dedicated event planners are also happy to make recommendations for all decor and rentals such as: lighting, floral, linens, china, flatware and more!
